To join the Texas Talkers Toastmasters Club, you will need to fill out a Membership Application which can be downloaded from:

Joining costs a one time $20. initiation fee to pay for a New Member Packet which you will receive to help you work on communication and leadership goals.

You will also be charged your share of dues which are $36 every April and October.  When you join, you will pay for the dues in the months remaining in the then current dues cycle plus the initiation fee.  

In addition to weekly meetings, and speech materials, each member of Texas Talkers Toastmasters receives a copy of The Toastmaster Magazine every month.  This magazine is full of tips and helpful information for the beginning as well as the advanced speaker.
